NRG Wireless Ltd was created to provide wireless digital connectivity in ECOWAS and is based in Ghana. Our aim is to enable and accelerate the digital transformation of the economy and society at large

Our History

In 2004, the National Communication Authority (NCA) projected an exponential growth (1200%) of data over a 10 years period which is consistent with the global projection. IDC forecast that between 2013 to 2020 the digital universe will grow by a factor of 10 from 4.4 trillion gigabytes to 44 trillion gigabytes. This shows data growth more than doubles every two years. The opportunity for data services business in Ghana and the ECOWAS region is huge and growing astronomically every year. NRG Wireless Ltd began its operations in 2017 and opened its Ghana office in 2018 to serve West Africa or ECOWAS
