NRG Wireless have a strategic partnership PCCW, Global Mainone and WACS cable to provide redundancy and reliable IP transit, IPLS and global MPLS for customers in the West Africa Sub-region and Africa at large.

Three (3) Redundant links through upstream providers (WACS, MAINONE and PCCW) submarine cables to two African countries (Nigeria and South Africa) to Europe – ensuring no downtime on the Internet. These links aggregate to our POP (Point of Presence) – on stack switches; in Accra Datacenter at PAIX through redundant bundled 10G (SFP+) Fibre patches to Carrier-grade Core Edge Router, providing high capacity (100Gbps+) to meet customers’ needs.

The Robust network will provide 99.999% availability with proactive NOC support. We Inter-connect Clients with our POPs through their X-connect 1/10G fibre links. Internet Peers are through DIA currently and IP-BGP (soon) with IP prefix filtering for seamless Transit through the best path/routes to Global Exchange points.

Our Office in Ghana is located on the Atlantic Tower, Mezzanine Floor, Suite M5, Airport City, Accra. Our network operations centre (NOC) hosted in NRG Data Centre in Accra operates 24/7. NOC staff are qualified engineers that provide clients with the needed technical support irrespective of their geographic location. Field engineers are also available to resolve technical problems that require site visits. Field engineers are stationed near our POPs to collaborate with the NOC team to promptly resolve client issues.
